We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is:

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Unclaimed or Refused Shipments
If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect the shipment from the carrier, the order will be returned to us.
In such cases:

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including outbound and return shipping.

These shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the total shipping costs exceed the value of the product, no refund will be issued.

Refusing delivery does not qualify as a valid return request.

All approved returns must be shipped to our operational center in China.
The exact return address and instructions will be provided by email after your return request has been approved.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or delayed during transit.

Packaging Notice
To reduce shipping costs and environmental impact, our products are shipped in secure protective packaging.
Returns based solely on packaging appearance or the absence of a retail box will not be accepted, provided the product itself is in proper condition.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Hygiene & Safety Policy
For hygiene and customer safety reasons, used hair styling or hair care products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If the product has been used and is not defective, it is not eligible for a return.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

Return Process Completion
Submitting a return request within the 30-day return period does not provide an unlimited amount of time to send the item back.
Once your return has been approved, you must ship the item within a reasonable timeframe following the instructions provided by our customer support team.
If the return shipment is excessively delayed or never sent, your return request may be cancelled and your right to a refund forfeited.
