How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days before shipment.
Once dispatched, standard international delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your destination.
Please note that these delivery estimates do not include order processing time.
During periods of high demand, holidays, or unforeseen shipping disruptions, delivery may require an additional 2–5 business days.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

International Shipping
Belsuna products are shipped from our international fulfillment center.
Depending on your country, your shipment may be subject to customs inspection or import procedures once it arrives in the destination country.
Customs processing times vary by country and may occasionally result in delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
